ProElectrica exists to correct the record — and to illuminate what is actually happening on the ground all around the world:

Why This Substack Exists
ProElectrica is the deeper-thinking sibling of FutureKeepers, our AI-first social media outlet to inspire young Asian professionals with uplifting stories of the energy transition. Where FutureKeepers brings the spark, ProElectrica amplifies the signal.

The Long-Term Vision
ProElectrica is more than a newsletter and more than another place for an old white guy to pontificate about familiar climate hawk views. We want to uplift the leadership of places like Pakistan, which has really taken the hero’s journey this decade. And we want to listen to the voices of folk from China, Indonesia, India, Singapore and elsewhere who never get the spotlight they deserve.
We are also building the top of an activation funnel for young professionals who want to participate in the energy transformation.
Especially, but not exclusively, in Asia. We figure there is more than enough coverage in Substack and elsewhere of good work elsewhere but given that the climate will be won or lost here, let’s look at this half of humanity!
